Meet Our Team

Wayne W. Stanforth

Certified Public Accountant

Wayne has been practicing public accounting since 1986 after graduating from New Hampshire College (now known as University of Southern New Hampshire). He started his own firm in 1993. Wayne is an active member of AccountantsWorld, CT Society of CPAs, Southington Chamber of Commerce, and Lions Club International. He serves on the board and volunteers for Community Accounting Aid Services, Inc. which provides free tax and accounting services to economically disadvantaged individuals and businesses. He and his wife Pam live in Southington and have three children.

Urszula Ochman, MBA

Urszula is a dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience in tax, accounting, finance, and administration. She holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport and a Master of Public Administration from a university in Poland. Urszula is an Authorized IRS E-File Provider, Registered Tax Return Preparer, Certified Notary Signing Agent, Certified Professional Coder, and an Enrolled Agent Candidate. She is an active member of the NSA, NNA, AIPB, and AAPC. Urszula prides herself on offering professional services backed by advanced training, extensive experience across the US, London, UK, and Europe, and strong business acumen. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, fitness, hiking, swimming, horseback riding, and spending time with her family in Southbury, where she lives with her husband and two children.
